• Timbren Axle-Less Suspension
• Bigger Size: Most other M416-Style trailers follow the M416 bed dimensions of 36″ x 72″. Our YT416 has a bed size of 48″ x 72″ which is a 25% increase in bed-size area when compared to other typical M416 trailers.
• Get rid of the RTT that lives on your vehicle. Mounting/removing a Roof-Top-Tent (RTT) from your vehicle is always a chore, no matter the weight. With the YT416 you can find a new permanent home for your RTT. No more dealing with the hassle of mounting/removing your RTT or wondering if your car will fit in that parking garage.
• Base Camp. Tired of breaking down your RTT whenever you want to go exploring with your vehicle? With the YT416 you can drop the trailer at your campsite and free up your vehicle for exploration!
• All-Steel Construction. The entire body and lid are made out of 14 gauge sheet steel. The floor, fenders, and interior tailgate are 14 gauge diamond-plate steel.
• Extendable Front Tongue: Extend front tongue up to 20″.
• Spare Tire (or other cargo) Tongue Rack: Mount a spare tire (optional) in our custom-fabricated front-tongue rack. The rack has E-Track mounting holes cut into the bottom surface. E-Track mounting holes can be used for spare-tire mounting, or as a storage area for additional gear.
• Suspension: Timbren Axle-Less Suspension (2,200 lb)
• Brakes: Electric Brakes, Dexter 3,500 lb
• Frame rails are 3″ steel C-channel that are in one continuous piece from the rear and meet and the tongue
• Tongue receiver is 3″ steel C-Channel with multiple attachment points. Hitch coupler is a standard 2″ coupler but can be swapped-out for a lunette-eye or other coupler
• 7-pin wiring harness, designed to seamlessly integrate with your vehicle’s wiring.
• Standard Tires are Falken Rubitrek A/T 31×10.50R15 (31″ tall x 10.5″ wide) which allow for excellent Off Road performance
• Lid has electronic actuators for opening and closing. Lid can be opened with a RTT mounted (not while RTT is open) on the lid rack. Actuators are powered by small automotive battery located in toolbox.
• Tailgate opens flush with floor of cargo area. Tailgate allows easy access to cargo area if rack mounted RTT is open and/or trailer lid is closed.
