We’re thrilled to announce our annual Rally at the Outback event, and we want YOU to be a part of it! Mark your calendars for Friday, December 12th through Sunday, December 14th for a weekend full of adventure, camaraderie, and the great outdoors.
Event Details
When:
- Friday, December 12th (Gates open at 10:00 AM)
- Sunday, December 14th (Event concludes at 1:00 PM)

What to Expect:
- Overnight Camping: Bring your rig! Set up your campsite Friday night and stay through Sunday morning.
- Prize Raffles: A chance to win some exciting prizes, including a gun raffle!
- Relaxing Weekend: Unwind and connect with fellow overlanders and outdoor enthusiasts.
- Vendor Exhibits: We’re inviting top vendors in the overland industry (details to come!).
- Chili Cookoff: Don’t forget to enter the Chili Cookoff – bean or no bean – doesn’t matter, just make your best!

Saturday 7th
- 9am registration starts for raffle, giveaways and Chili cookoff
- 7-9am vendor setup
- 11am BBQ lunch until sandwiches run out
- 1pm Giveaways and Raffle prizes
- 7:30pm gather at the campfire
- 8pm Singer Songwriter Zach Nytomt

- 11am Baker Overland: YouTube 101
- 2pm Tread Depot: Tire selection
- 3:30pm Michael Lacy and Joey Slayton Dutch oven cooking
Chili Cookoff with Beans
- Register at tent before noon, turn in at 5:30pm. Winner wins 55 qt. Dometic fridge.
Sunday 8th
- Gates close at 1pm
